WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA announced that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the state of New York to supplement state and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by Tropical Storm Isaias on Aug. 4, 2020.
