NEW YORK, Sept. 17 -- The American Council of Learned Societies issued the following news on Sept. 16:
ACLS is coordinating the North American node of the World Humanities Report (conducted under the aegis of the Consortium of Humanities Centers and Institutes (CHCI) and The International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (CIPSH)).
As part of our effort in supporting this project, ACLS is compiling a database of brief descriptions of individual humanistic projec . . .
