NEW YORK, Sept. 17 -- The Education Trust-New York issued the following statement by Executive Director Ian Rosenblum:
"New York City's decision to ignore its own plan for live instruction during blended learning will likely widen the existing inequities in our education system and raises major questions about the amount of instruction that students who have been historically underserved will receive this fall.
