MAHWAH, New Jersey, Sept. 5 -- The Andrew Goodman Foundation issued the following news release on Sept. 4:
The Andrew Goodman Foundation (AGF) along with the President and students from Bard College filed a lawsuit against the Dutchess County Board of Elections for violating the voting rights of students.
The lawsuit, filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Dutchess County, follows years-long efforts by Bard students to establish an on-campus polling loc . . .
