ACLU: Mississippi Court Affirms Greater Access to Absentee Voting During COVID-19

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release:

A Mississippi court has ruled that every voter with underlying medical conditions placing them at risk of severe COVID-19 illness or death can vote absentee this election.
