NEW YORK, Aug. 21 -- New York Civil Liberties Union issued the following news release on Aug. 20:

Today the New York Civil Liberties Union published the full database of NYPD officer misconduct reports held by the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB), the independent agency that investigates complaints about police abuse of civilians.
