NEW YORK, Aug. 13 -- The Guttmacher Institute issued the following news release:
The Guttmacher Institute is pleased to announce Shelby Birch as the recipient of the 2020 Cory L. Richards Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Birch, who was chosen from a pool of more than 200 outstanding applicants, will use the scholarship to complete a master's degree in public policy at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, as well as a certificate in women's, gender and sexu . . .
