WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on Aug. 4:
U.S. Senators Gary Peters (MI) and Debbie Stabenow (MI) and U.S. Representative Dan Kildee (MI-05) today announced that Hampton Charter Township will receive $2,225,000 in federal funding to bolster water and wastewater infrastructure. The funding comes from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) as a part of the Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant Program.
