WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Rep. Brian Mast, R-Florida, issued the following news release on Aug. 4:
U.S. Congressman Brian Mast today urged Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie to reverse the hypocritical policy put in place limiting the number of people that may be in attendance at the funeral of a veteran. Under current policy, any cemetery managed by the VA may restrict the number of attendees for a veteran's committal service to 10 people.
