WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Rep. Raul M. Grijalva, D-Arizona, chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, issued the following statement on Aug. 4 in anticipation of the Great American Outdoors Act becoming law (H.R. 1957):
