PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development - Oregon office issued the following news release on Aug. 3:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development is investing $1.7 million to upgrade the wastewater treatment plant serving the rural community of Echo in northwest Oregon, announced State Director John Huffman today.
