PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 1 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Portland District issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation and Bonneville Power Administration released the Columbia River System Operations Final Environmental Impact Statement.
