WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- Sen. Tom Udall, D-New Mexico, vice chairman of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, issued the following joint statement with Senate Democratic Leader Charles E. Schumer, D-New York, on the Republican coronavirus proposal:
