WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- Rep. Max Rose, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Max Rose, who has continually fought to protect good-paying jobs on Staten Island and in South Brooklyn, is urging the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) to protect hundreds of Staten Island jobs as the agency seeks to renew its EZPass customer service contract.
"The current EZPass customer service center has provided nearly 300 jobs with family supporting wages . . .
