WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on July 30:
U.S. Reps. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) and Marcy Kaptur (D-OH-09) heralded the passage in the U.S. House of Representatives of their amendment that will provide $2 million to USPS for postal banking pilot programs throughout the United States.
