WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release on July 29:
Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) voted for the Child Care for Economic Recovery Act (H.R. 7327) and the Child Care is Essential Act (H.R. 7027).
"The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our economy across the board, but child care providers have been especially impacted.
"Already, 13 percent of parents have either had to reduce their hours or leave their job . . .
