WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-New York, issued the following statement on July 29:
Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a memorandum enacting significant changes to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy, including reducing grants from two years to one year and outright rejecting new DACA applications.
