WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on July 29 on Senate confirmation of Marvin Kaplan and Lauren McFerran to serve as members of the National Labor Relations Board:
