WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, issued the following remarks in a virtual hearing to receive the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Semi-Annual Report to Congress on July 29:
