WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Rep. Nydia M. Velazquez, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Small Business Committee, issued the following statement in response to a Small Business Administration Inspector General management alert raising concerns regarding the potential for fraud and abuse in the COVID-19 economic injury disaster loan program:
