Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-NY17/Rockland-Westchester), Chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee, announced the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Child Care for Economic Recovery Act (H.R. 7327) in a bipartisan vote of 250-161. This legislation would make significant investments in the Child Care Entitlement to States, invest in long overdue infrastructure improvements to child care . . .
