ACLU Asks Court to Hold Federal Agents in Contempt for Violating Restraining Order

PORTLAND, Oregon, July 29 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release:

The American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Oregon asked a federal court to sanction and hold in contempt federal agents with the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Marshals Service for violating a temporary restraining order barrin . . .
