WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-California, chair of the Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship, in response to a memorandum from the Trump administration on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program:
