WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Sen. Martha McSally, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Martha McSally (R-AZ) introduced legislation to ensure that federally funded transportation projects impacted by the coronavirus pandemic will be completed.
The bill would direct the Department of Transportation to put unused grant money toward pre-approved projects. These additional funds would not be counted toward the federal share of the project.
