WASHINGTON, July 28 -- The U.S. Chemical Safety Board issued the following news release:

The US Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), released a factual update detailing the events surrounding an October 26, 2019 hydrogen sulfide release at a water flood station in Odessa, Texas.
