WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Ross Spano, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
A bill backed by Florida Republicans to include local Chambers of Commerce in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is building steam on Capitol Hill with new supporters.
Last month, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, brought out the legislation with the support of U.S. Sen, Marco Rubio, R-Fla., the chairman of the U.S. Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.
