SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, July 25 -- The American Association of Clinical Urologists issued the following news:
Following the lead of several states including Connecticut and Washington, legislators in California are considering a bill to grant the state Attorney General absolute authority to cancel proposed mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector. The AACU commented on that legislation in advance of an August 4 hearing.
