HOUSTON, Texas, July 23 -- The Baylor College of Medicine issued the following news release:
Dr. Nancy Moreno has been appointed chair of the new Department of Education, Innovation and Technology at Baylor College of Medicine. Baylor's Board of Trustees approved the appointment this week, effective immediately.
