WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-05), Chief Deputy Whip of the House Democratic Caucus, applauded the U.S. House of Representatives for passing H.R. 2214, The National Origin-Based Antidiscrimination for Nonimmigrants (NO BAN) Act. This legislation would immediately repeal each version of the Muslim Ban implemented by President Donald Trump and prohibit immigration restrictions based on religion.
