WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09), Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01), and Congressman Brendan Boyle (PA-02) led a letter with thirty-nine of their colleagues to Department of Labor (DOL) Secretary Eugene Scalia, demanding that the DOL revise a proposed rule that would prevent private pensions and 401(k)s from using environmental, social, and governmental (ESG) principles to make their investments.< . . .
