WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, chairman and ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following joint statement regarding the United Kingdom's digital services tax law's taking effect:
