ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, July 23 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
The Cowley College Board of Trustees appointed JoLynn Foster to fill the vacant seat of Bob Juden, a 1.5-year term, and Christopher L. Swan to fill the vacant seat of Jill Long, a 3.5-year term, during its regularly scheduled meeting held Monday in the Earle N. Wright Community Room.
