WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Rep. Jesus Chuy Garcia, D-Illinois, issued the following statement on July 21 regarding reports that President Trump plans to deploy federal agents in Chicago:
"I am disgusted and outraged that the same secret police Trump used in Washington, DC and Portland, Oregon may soon be deployed in the streets of Chicago. Peaceful protesters in Washington and Portland were apprehended and swept off the streets by unidentified federal agents in unmarked vehicles. W . . .
