WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Rep. Kurt Schrader, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Rep. Schrader voted in support of HR 6395 the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2021 which included the bipartisan Norman/Schrader Amendment, a pay raise for America's service members and pandemic response preparedness.
'While not a perfect bill, this year's NDAA included much needed pay raises for our brave service members and increased funding to strengthen . . .
