U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) has awarded a grant of just over $1,000,000 to the city of Akron for the design of the Gorge Dam Removal Project.
