MONTGOMERY, Alabama, July 21 -- Alabama Attorney General Steve T. Marshall issued the following news release:
Attorney General Steve Marshall announced Tuesday that the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court ruling in favor of the State in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Alabama's voter ID law.
