GREENEVILLE, Tennessee, July 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued the following news release:
On July 17, 2020, Shain A. Chappell, 49, formerly of Johnson City, was sentenced by the Honorable Clifton L. Corker, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Greeneville.
