WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following joint statement on July 20 with Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, D-Mississippi, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, and Rep.
