WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, chairman of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after the Agriculture Department announced implementation of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act's provisions related to USDA's Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations:
