PAWTUCKET, Rhode Island, July 20 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, issued the following statement on the death of Rep. John Lewis, D-Georgia:
"Over the course of his 80 years of life, on a journey that took him from a sharecropper's farm to the halls of Congress, John Lewis never stopped fighting to extend the blessings of liberty to all Americans.
