WASHINGTON, July 20 -- The Alliance for Retired Americans issued the following statement by President Robert Roach:
Members of the Alliance for Retired Americans are united in mourning the loss of Rep. John Lewis of Georgia. In addition to being a leader of the civil rights movement, Representative Lewis was a lifelong champion for working people and older Americans.
