American Diabetes Association: Insulin Co-Pays Capped at $30 for Those in N.H. With Diabetes

ARLINGTON, Virginia, July 18 -- The American Diabetes Association issued the following statement on July 17 by Stephen Habbe, director for state government affairs:

New Hampshire House Bill 1280 was signed into law by Governor Chris Sununu. A provision in the law limits cost sharing for insulin to $30 per 30-day supply for those with state-regulated commercial health insurance, a measure supported by the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
