Oregon's U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley--along with 14 of his Senate colleagues--is pushing back on the Trump administration's anti-immigrant agenda in advance of upcoming debate on a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) bailout. Merkley and his colleagues are pushing for any funding package to include guardrails that will ensure USCIS cannot target asylum seekers and other vuln . . .
