LENEXA, Kansas, July 16 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a settlement with PMR Properties LLC for alleged violations of lead-based paint regulations under the federal Toxic Substances Control Act.
