JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, July 16 -- Missouri Secretary of State Jay R. Ashcroft issued the following news release:
Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft is pleased to announce the awarding of three Electronic Records Initiative (ERI) grants totaling $66,685.
