Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-05), Chief Deputy Whip of the House Democratic Caucus and co-chair of the bipartisan Congressional PFAS Task Force, announced that he has helped to secure $200 million to clean up harmful per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at former military bases such as former Wurtsmith Air Force Base in Oscoda.
