HONOLULU, Hawaii, July 14 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency - Hawaii Field Office issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Hawaii State and the Pacific Basin announced that the enrollment period for the Reimbursement Transportation Cost Payment Program (RTCP) for fiscal year 2020 begins July 13 and will run through Sept. 4.
"RTCP will help eligible farmers and ranchers offset . . .
