WASHINGTON, July 11 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following joint statement with Sens. Chris Coons, D-Delaware, Cory Booker, D-New Jersey and Ben Cardin, D-Maryland, on the violence in Ethiopia:
