BILLINGS, Montana, July 11 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana, Kurt G. Alme, issued the following news release on July 10:
The former president of Custom Carbon Processing, Inc. was sentenced today to 18 months in prison, three years of supervised release and fined $50,000 for his actions related to an explosion that injured three workers at the company's oil processing plant in Wibaux, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.
