WASHINGTON, July 11 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following joint statement with Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, on President Trump's decision to commute the sentence of ex-political adviser Roger Stone:
